My flatmate/friend is moving back to the US this July to be home with her family. We are looking to find a likeminded gal to take over her lease!
A BIT ABOUT US:
Myself and flatmate Anna are two 26-27 year-old female professionals. I (Lauren) work as a pediatric nurse and Anna works in fashion. We are hoping to find someone who is sociable, tidy, and looking for new friends.
ABOUT THE FLAT:
The flat is a newly refurbished property, located a 9 min walk away from Brixton tube station and 14 mins walk from Clapham Common. The flat is also on a main bus route to several boroughs of London.
The property is on the first floor. It is three bed, 2 bath with a joint living space. We have furnished the flat to a mid-century-modern aesthetic.
ABOUT THE ROOM:
The room is a double with a skylight that opens by remote control. The property was unfurnished when we signed and Danielle the outgoing tenant furnished her own room, she is hoping to find someone to give her a bit toward the cost of the furniture to remain in the room when she leaves, this would include bed, mattress, dresser, clothing rail. All items were bought new 3 months ago. She also has a desk that can be included.
Please note our flat is above a tire shop that makes some noise during business hours (9-5 Mon-Sat). Because of this, the room may best be suited for someone that does not work from home - unless you don’t mind a bit of background noise :)
