Sunny room in Brixton - summer sublet

Subletting my room from 20th July until 31st August (6 weeks) while I’m travelling, but could be flexible on the end date for the right person.

The room is a spacious and sunny double room, furnished with bed, wardrobe, shelving, ottoman, and a chest of drawers which has a fold out desk. The bathroom, living room and kitchen are all shared with the other flatmate. The flat is on the top floor of a terraced house. Bills are included in the price listed - £225 per week.

The flat is a 5 min walk from Brixton station (Victoria line) and a 10 min walk from Brockwell park. The road is quieter than expected for how central the location is, and we are a few doors down from an independent pub which often has live music!

My flatmate is my good friend from university, who works in the charity sector. She’s 28, and is looking for someone clean and considerate for the sublet - if you like women’s football or MAFS you will definitely get on!
