Room Available Brixton - £985 + Bills

I’m looking for someone to fill my room from mid June as I will be moving in with friends.

You’ll be living with Jay, 28, Kiwi, who works as a structural engineer in the city.

Looking for a working professional who has similar interests and is easy going and respectful. Ideally trying to find someone who is sociable and mid 20s - early 30s.

My ideal move out date would be June 16th so available from June 17th but this can be flexible dependant on what date works best.

The landlord does require a credit check prior to approval.

The flat;
Located just between Brixton hill and Acre lane, 10 mins walk from Brixton station and 20 mins walk from Clapham North. 5 mins walk from Tesco and Lidl. The flat on the top floor of a 6 apartment building with mainly young professionals, everyone is really friendly and respectful.

The room,
Large double bedroom, ideal for someone who works from home a lot. The room comes with the bed, bedside table and wardrobe but would be happy to negotiate on other items if you would like to keep them.
