Hey future flat mate!
My current flat mate is moving out soon and I am looking to replace him ASAP.
About the flat:
2 bedroom flat with a kitchen, shared living room with 2 couches and a dining room table, shared bathroom (toilet not seperate). It’s a decent size flat for 2!
We just signed a new contract in May (we just roll over each year) so I think the contract might be 10 months (taking over my flat mates contract). I was in the same situation when I moved in here over a year ago.
Flat rent/ bills:
Rent: £810 a month
Bills not included. It’s approximately £150 a month. Our power and gas is old school where it’s cash out and top up a utility card at the offy down the road so it fluctuates. Happy to breakdown each bill (water, council tax, wifi, gas & power) over messages.
About the area:
The flat is about a 15 minute walk from Brixton underground (Victoria line) and right on the edge of Brockwell Park (we get residents tickets to all the gigs there) and very close to Herne Hill which is a lovely area.
Sainsburys is the closest supermarket about 5 mins walk away.
About me:
I’m 30 years old and have been living in London for nearly 2 years. I’m from New Zealand originally and work full time in sales for a media & publication company so I’m pretty busy Monday - Friday and home late on week nights. I really enjoy my sports (football, rugby, cricket you name it) and catching up with family & friends on the weekend. Always up for a pint and movie night and all that stuff! I’m easy going to live with and the gaff is a decent size for 2.
