The flat is nice and sunny, approximately 10-12 minutes walk from Brixton station. There is a big Sainsburys 2 minutes down the road and near Brockwell park and lots of pubs and bars in Brixton and Herne Hill.
I am the current tenant, my flatmate is moving out at the end of August so looking for someone to take over the other room.
