Hi, we’re Melissa, Naomi, Abi (and Angie the cat 🐱) seeking a sociable flatmate (aged 27+) who’s up for nights in binge watching ITV dramas, heading down the local for a few, joining in on wholesome dinners and chilling in the garden on a warm sunny day.

We’re a friendly bunch aged between 28-30 and all working professionals (content writer, physiotherapist and data/advertising). One of us works on-site everyday, while the other two tend to do a few days WFH a week.

Room: double room with a brand new desk and chest of drawers included plus views over the private garden 🪴🌷

House: four bed ground floor flat with spacious garden and barbecue, located on a quiet estate 2 minutes from Brixton Hill bus stop and a 15 minute walk from Brixton Station and Clapham North/Common. Really good sized kitchen kitted out with every white good you can dream of, two bathrooms (one shower), a homey, spacious and light lounge plus plenty of storage.

We’re on a rolling contract currently paying £810 a month. Around £100 for all utilities and bills (not included in rent).
