Its a 3 bedroom flat. We are Imran (32) and Ellisha (32), working in arts events and hospitality. We work evenings and weekends with a schedule that changes every week.
It's a quiet household and if we’re not out working or socialising, we’re at home cooking, watching films & TV.
There is also a local cat that visits us now and then.
Rent is £676, will be rising to £710 from 1st November.
Bills are £140 per person, per month, includes gas & electric, water, wi-fi and council tax (band C).
So rent + bills will be £816 from 1st June
Rising to £850 from November.
We deal directly with live-out landlords who are responsive and efficient.
Its a quiet road in a well connected area:

- Tulse Hill Station, 10-15m walk
- Herne Hill Station, 15-20m walk
with many buses night and day
Brockwell Park just 10m walk away and several shops plus a big Sainsburys 20m walk away
