We are looking for two people to take over our tenancy for two double bedrooms in Brixton. Each room comes furnished with beds, bedside tables and wardrobes. Room 2 comes with a large desk. Both rooms share a large bathroom between the two of them.

The house is newly renovated with a new kitchen and bathrooms. It has a decent size kitchen, a living room, a seperate dining room and a garden. There is lots of unused space downstairs either room can be used to work in.

You will be sharing the house with two other people (both these rooms share a separate bathroom).

📍The house is in a great location, 10 minute walk from Brixton tube station and Clapham North and a short walk to the big Tesco and Anytime fitness gym.

Room 1 = £1,025
Room 2 = £1,150
Deposit is £1,016 per room
Bills are around £120 /£130 a month
Rent is fixed for 3 years

Move in date 11th August (can be flexible)
