Cosy room in beautiful house share Brockwell park

Hello! We are 3 young professionals and a sweet cat looking for someone to share our beautiful home with.
The house has recently been renovated and is full of charactor and wooden floorboards. We are 100 yards from Brockwell Park, 15 mins walk from Brixton/Herne Hill and Tulse Hill station (equidistant!) with local pub and shops of Elm Park less than 5 mins away.
The room itself is our “box” room furnished with a very comfortable bed and wardrobe, and a lovely leafy view over the street. The house comprises a sitting room, dining room, modern kitchen and a spacious garden with herb garden in process!
