Room avail in Brixton Hill 🏠👯‍♀️

We’re looking for someone to take over the spare room in our lovely 3-bed flat, and keep up the good vibe!

The spacious double room features a gorgeous bay window and is super light, bright, and has great storage.

The flat has wooden floors, big windows and high ceilings. We have a good sized kitchen and a separate lounge. The bathroom is modern, roomy and bright.

We're ideally located with a bus stop that goes straight to central just outside the door, which is the same bus that gets you to Brixton tube in 5-10 mins, or it's a 20-25 minute walk. We're about 15 minutes walk from Brockwell Park and within close distance to Streatham, Clapham, Balham etc.

The bills are separate to rent and are about £120 a month. Deposit is £1000 (not £950 as listed on the ad!)

There is three rooms in the flat and you’ll be living with Eve and Evie. Evie works in marketing and generally works from home a few days a week. Eve works in healthcare, working from home some of the week and is the flat gardener. 👩‍🌾

Our living sitc works perfectly, have our own stuff going on but see each other often and do house activities as often as possible. We try maintain a clean space with a nice vibe so are super keen to a new flatmate who also care about living somewhere nice, making it their home and being friends with their flatmates. 🫶
