Looking to fill a room in my two bed flat as my housemates (a couple) have broken up and are moving out, rip.
I’m after a couple or one person to fill the big room (with a balcony) in the flat!
About me:
I’ve been in the flat for just over a year, in a good location just off Windrush Square!
I’m 30 and work in bid management for an architecture company and sometimes wfh.
I enjoy going to pubs/ events restaurants on the weekends and hanging out with pals/my girlfriend - they also visit the flat sometimes so opportune friends to make!
About the house
- comes decked out with speakers, ps5, tv, air fryer, pots pans etc
- Available from 1st of August
- 5 minute walk from the station
- Your room has a lovely balcony which is really nice in summer
- There’s an unreal local pub nearby with regular live music and a load of great bars nearby
- 10 min walk from brockwell park
- Super close to big Tesco/ Lidl/ Sainsbury’s
