We are looking for someone to take over the tenancy in my double room. This room shares a large bathroom with one other girl. The room comes completely furnished with a large desk/ bed / mattresss and built in wardrobes.
The house is newly renovated with a new kitchen and bathrooms. It has a decent size kitchen, a living room, a seperate dining room and a garden. There is lots of unused space downstairs either room can be used to work in.
You will be sharing the house with three people.
