Sadly I am moving out of the best flat I have ever lived in.
The two tenants who are staying till the end of the lease are creative and respectful people who speak both English and Spanish.
It's a brilliant location, close to Brockwell Park, Brixton centre and local amenities. The flat itself is incredibly bright and spacious, always kept very clean and is a great place for relaxing and also entertaining guests.
It is on a pedestrianised walkway, so is very quiet. The neighbours are very friendly and helpful. There is a huge garden, which catches the morning sun beautifully, and plenty of local cats.
We are looking for someone to take my room as soon as possible (even as soon as 16th July) and stay until the end of the current lease, which is 16th March 2025.
