Lovely Double Room In Brixton Available end of July

We're looking for a female flatmate to takeover a room in our lovely flat share in Brixton/Brixton Hill.

The room is a bright double, fully furnished and with plenty of storage space.

All bills/utilities, including council tax, are included in the monthly rent. Our landlord is also really helpful and quick to respond if we need anything.

There's plenty of space throughout the flat, including a full bathroom and separate toilet and a spacious living room/dining room. There's also loads of space in the kitchen, with two fridge/freezers between three of us and a pantry for extra storage.

The flat is in a great location - we're close to lots of bus stops going into central London, a 15 minute walk to Brixton tube station and around the corner from Brockwell Park, which is great for running, picnics and even outdoor swimming! There are also plenty of shops, pubs, bars and restaurants within a ten minute walk of the flat.

You'll share the flat with two wonderful housemates - one from the UK and one from Brazil. We all have our own social circles, so you'll have your own space if you'd like, but the girls are super friendly and we also like to watch movies/cook/drink wine together from time to time (one is a sommelier, so a huge bonus if you're into your wine!).
