I am looking for someone to sublet my room for the whole month of August while I am abroad! The house is a beautiful terraced house in Brixton (10 minute walk to the Brixton Tube and 10 minute walk to Clapham Common/Clapham north tube) and will come fully furnished. The bedroom is massive.
We live in a mixed house of 6 friends that met at University (age 24-25) who are social but all working professionals. The tennant must be a female (we live in a mixed house 2 girls 4 boys, including me).
Price would be about 1k for the month not including bills (about £150), but open to offers.
