Double Room in Brixton Hill - (All- Inclusive)

We have a lovely bedroom becoming available in our beautiful flat in Brixton Hill. The room comes fully furnished - with a good quality wardrobe with in-built drawers, desk and chair and bookcase. We Do Not provide all the bedding such; (pillows, duvet, duvet cover, fitted sheet and mattress protector).

The room is extremely quiet, as it has highly effective double glazing, and faces away from the main road (Brixton Hill).

We provide all the kitchen utensils for everyone to use.

You would be sharing with four other people, which are all professionals.

The flat boasts two large modern bathrooms, each with toilet. The kitchen is wonderfully bright and very spacious - equipped with all appliances and lots of storage space.

Everything is kept very clean and tidy, as our cleaner comes once a week to clean all the communal areas.

Food shopping is also very simple, as there's a Tesco Express located right next to our building.

The flat is three bus stops from Brixton station, which has Victoria line, the fastest in the city. There are also 9 other busses passing by in front of the flat to various locations. Alternatively, it is a pleasant 10-minute walk to Brixton Station.

Brockwell Park, one of the largest and most attractive parks in South London, is less than 10 minutes away on foot from the flat.

The rent includes all bills (water, gas, electricity, council tax, ultra-fast wireless broadband Internet and cleaner). You do not have to pay for anything extra!

We only ask for a four-week deposit and four weeks' notice when you decide to move out.

To reserve the room, we ask for a one-week holding deposit, and the balance one day before move in. Rent is due on the 1st of each month, payable in advance by bank transfer.

This flat would ideally suit non-smoking professionals or international students who are keen to live in wonderful surroundings.

The room is for an individual only. We do not accept couples.
