Bright room in friendly house

Large bright room with a garden view and built in storage going from 1st August. It’s in a house share with 2 boys and 1 girl. Three of us are leaving to move in with our partners/friends, but my lovely housemate Amy, a fashion graduate and creative person who is in her mid twenties, is staying for the following year. The tenancy is officially from September - September, so August would be a subletting month which our landlord is happy with. The room
Is partially furnished. The house has shared living room and dining room with a sun roof, a garden, and two bathrooms. There’s also an extra room that can be used as an office/ small spare room for guests. It’s located just a 15 min walk from Brixton station, and from the lovely Brockwell park. It also has a fab music venue called the Windmill on the same street, so if you’re into gigs and live music, it’s such a great place to be. There's also great transport links with multiple night busses dropping you off from central just at the end of the road. We are looking for someone who’s LQBTQ+ friendly and respectful. We all have our own friends but do like to grab a drink/ watch a film and have a catch up from time to time. Women/nonbinary are preferred. If this sounds like you please get in touch :)
