Hi everyone!
I’m moving out so looking for someone to fill my cheap and nice room and a wonderful flat between Brixton, Herne Hill and Tulse Hill (15 min walk to all of those stations). It’s small but fits everything I need, as seen in pics. The flat is filled with light and super modern and clean. It has a lovey balcony and parking at the back.
You’ll be sharing with Elspeth, an artist and Edd, a dancer. They’re both super friendly, and lovely and arty. We have a big living room to hang out and watch TV together. Everyone works pretty diff schedules but we’d be keen to find someone who wants to come back to a home and be friends with the housemates, rather than just flatmates.
Bills come to around £150.
I’d prefer if you brought your own furniture so I can take mine with me, but if not, I will provide some.
