We are looking for a replacement for one of our flatmates in our lovely central share house in Brixton. One of us has to sadly move out shortly, but we all agree it has been an incredible house and we have all gotten so close. We are looking for someone like-minded to take on the room. The tenancy begins on the 21st of September 2024

The price includes all bills, wifi and council tax, which are fixed every month. There is a weekly cleaner included who cleans the shared spaces.

About the house and housemates:

We are seven young professionals, all very sociable but do enjoy our own space too. We like to do a monthly house meal, where we take it in turns to cook, and often have games nights.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen including a cooker with 6 gas burners, large oven, 2 washing machines and a microwave. There is a large open kitchen / lounge / dining room with a large 4 seater sofa, a dining table with 8 chairs, 3 bar stools at the breakfast bar and a large TV.

We also have 2 communal bathrooms (2 of the bedrooms have ensuites as well easing the burden on these bathrooms) and a lovely backyard garden.

Brixton has a vibrant town centre with bars and restaurants, The Brixton Academy, The Famous Ritzy Cinema, A Leisure centre, a Fitness First Gym, 5 major Supermarkets and Brockwell park where you can jog, play tennis or bask in the summer at The Lido (Brixton's outdoor swimming pool and fitness centre). Also, there are stops for 3 night buses close by including the number 2 bus which drops u off just 50m down the road.

What we’re looking for:
Someone Aged between 25-35 to fit with the current household

Tenancy start date 1st of September.
