Brixton Sublet for December (option for long term)

Hey everyone!

I am going to Asia from December 16th to January 15th and am looking to sublet my room during that time. The house is located between Brixton and Streatham and is walking distance from places like Balham, Clapham, and some parks like Brockwell or Tooting Common. It is a 25 min walk to Brixton station but there are buses directly in front of the flat that can take you there in 10 minutes. Room is £685 pm exc. bills which are about 100 in the winter.

I am currently flat hunting and am aiming to move somewhere new when I'm back from my trip. In the case I find somewhere while I'm away there would be the option to take over my lease if you're interested in that! Please message me for questions.

We are a social group and although most of us are working Monday to Friday both in office and from home, the place is really nice to just chill in the living room or even the garden when it's sunny out.
