Brixton Spacious Double Room for 4 Month Period

Hello! I have a spacious double room available for a short term period in Brixton from the start of September. I’ll be going travelling for a few months, so the room will be available for a maximum period of 4 months. My flatmate and and I own the property - he is a 32 year old sociable male professional, working as a Sales Manager for a global construction company and we’ve been living together for 6 years.

The room is a furnished double bed room at £1205 pcm including bills (council tax, gas, electricity, water, internet and a bi-weekly cleaner). The room will be furnished with double bed (including pull out storage drawers), bed side table, chest of drawers, wardrobe and electric height adjustable desk. The flat is on the third floor of a four level terraced flat and comes with large kitchen / living room space, shared bathroom and communal garden.

The flat is a 5 minute walk from Brixton tube station, 10 minute walk from Clapham North tube station and has a large Tesco’s located a 1 minute walk away and large Lidl a 2 minute walk away. Brockwell Park and Clapham Common are both 15 minutes away for those that like their London park walks!

I’m looking for a clean, respectful young professional male between the age of 27-35 who is happy to live in this well located flat for a short term period of 4 months. I will eventually be moving back into the property, but will keep dialogue open with the incoming flatmate and will give notice of when I plan to return.
