Looking for a new housemate in our lovely Brixton house as our housemate is off to new adventures travelling around South America!

The bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, bedside table, dresser, wardrobe and built-in cupboard storage. There's enough space to include a desk if needed. Also gets tons of natural light throughout the year!

We have a shared living room and bathroom, spacious kitchen (redone in 2020) and lovely backyard garden.

The house is about a 12 minute walk to Brixton Station, and plenty of bus routes 1 minute from the house. Street parking available with a permit.

The lease starts 19 September for £876 per month plus bills (wifi/electricity/council tax) which come to an additional £100ish a month. We are in the Lambeth council tax bracket. Security deposit is £900, with £300 of that to be paid as a holding fee, the additional £600 to be paid at least 10 days before moving in.

We're all very social and enjoy having communal dinners, going for a drink at our local, or just chilling in front of the TV. We're a 10 minute walk from Brockwell park, 20 minutes from Clapham Common, and always enjoy a little lunchtime walk when we're WFH.

We're looking for someone who is wanting more than just a houseshare - as we've all become friends with our housemates over the years and looking for the same thing in our new housemate.
