The room is light and modern, fully furnished and there is extra room for the storage of suitcases in the loft. There is a separate living room, kitchen/dining room and a roof terrace to the rear of the property. The flat is on a quiet road just off of Acre Lane and is roughly a 10-12 minute walk to both Brixton and Clapham North tube stations. Both Brixton and Clapham have many bars, restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, gyms and cinemas. The green open spaces of Clapham Common are also walkable. Acre Lane has many local shops, takeaways and a Lidl just a few minutes’ walk from the flat as well as a Sainsbury’s and Tesco within walking distance.

I’m 41 years old, an ex-professional dancer and I also used to work in theatre production. I now work as a massage therapist. This is an LQBTQ+ friendly home but I welcome people from all walks of life. I am pretty sociable and will host friends from time to time for dinner but this is not a party house. When I’m not working I enjoy socialising with friends, having a quiet evening at home, travelling, theatre, doing yoga, swimming and keeping fit. I own the property and you would be living with me and one other person.
