Double room in spacious house in Brixton

Looking for someone to take over my double bedroom in Brixton. The room shares a large a large bathroom with one other room and the room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.

The house is newly renovated and has a decent size kitchen, a living room, a seperate dining room and a garden. There is lots of space downstairs this room can work in.

You will be sharing the house with three others aged 26-32 in a friendly house.

Room = £1,025
Deposit is £1016 per room
Bills around £100 (ish) per month

📍10 minute walk to Brixton station and Clapham North
📍5 minute walk to a big Tesco and Anytime Fitness gym

You’ll need to earn at least £30k or have savings / a UK guarantor as the changeover in tenancy would require reference checks.

Move in date end of August / early September (can be slightly flexible).
