1 double room in Brixton/Clapham North

—Putting back up due to issue with last tenant—

Hiya👋🏽,

Unfortunately our housemate Abi is moving out of her room in our great house between Brixton and Clapham and we’re looking for someone to replace her. We’re a 5 minute walk from Clapham North station and a 10 minute walk from Brixton station. We live super close to Lidl, Tesco and Anytime fitness if you’re looking for a gym.

It's a four bed house with two bathrooms as well as a spacious living and dining room and separate kitchen, which has a table and sofa. We also have a back garden with a bbq which is great in the summer.

The room is a large double and on the middle floor of the house. It has a built in wardrobe as well as a chest of drawers and a desk.

You'd be sharing with Jack, Matt and Ruby. Both Jack and Matt work in insurance and are a mix of wfh and in the office. Ruby is a primary school teacher, so unless it’s the holidays she’s out most of the day.

We all get on really well and enjoy watching tv/sport/crime docs, going to the pub and for dinners together. Ideally looking for a girl to keep the balance and who’s looking for the same thing.

The rent is £843.75/month and bills at the moment are coming to £125 but they fluctuate a bit depending on the season. That includes everything though - water, gas, electric, wifi and council tax. The deposit is £1000 and it's available from the 8th of September.
