Bright spacious room in large terraced house

Looking for a quiet independent lodger who enjoys their own company. I travel a lot and occasionally my teenage son comes over. There is: a wild garden where foxes visit; one bathroom upstairs; a downstairs loo; a spacious unmodernised kitchen diner; a lovely sitting room. We are warm and friendly when we’re here. The house is well equipped. The rent is very competitive as we try to keep bills low. We’re an 8-10 minute walk to Brixton station. Local shops, chemist and coffee shops are just around the corner. Brockwell park is a 10 minute walk away. The house is in a pretty street near Brixton Hill.
