We have a Beautiful Loft Space in our house as one of our housemates is relocating - Available from 31st August!!

The House & Local Area:
As you can see there is a main window and 2 sky lights, so tons of light. The room comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and plenty of storage in the wall eaves (If you need any of the other items you see, pls let me know and we can discuss) + There is a bathroom on the upper floor, which feels like an en-suite.

We have a Shared Living Room, Garden - Inclusive of a BBQ, which is a massive bonus now the Sun's made an appearance!

Brockwell Park is not even a 5m walk away, meaning you have easy accessibility to a variety of sports zones for: Swimming, Tennis, Basketball + More and there are plenty of running clubs that come through here.

Tesco Express, Large Sainsbury's closest supermarkets and you're spoilt for choice with bars/restaurants/cafés in the local and Herne Hill Area + Amazing Transport links with Victoria Line & Southern Railway.

About You:
We're looking to find someone who fits the vibe of the house, being pretty chill, yet wanting to treat the space as a home. We enjoy a few drinks together, a chitchat while cooking and heading to different events. Equally we all have our own things going on and understand when we need our own space. Our contract renews in October, so we are looking for someone who wants to join the house long term.

We would like someone who is also happy to join in with the upkeep of the cleaning and every now we will get a cleaner in for a Big Clean.
