The room:
The room can come as furnished as needed. It has a huge built in wardrobe and has a good size ensuite. The room is deceptively big (the photos don't do it justice) which can easily fit a desk, bedside tables and a chest of draws while still leaving lots of space. The house has been recently decorated and I have made an effort to make sure it feels like a home, not just somewhere to crash.
It’s a good area to live in, really well connected and I am finding more gems as time goes by. The cheapest pub in London is across the road (£4.80 a pint) and a few more places are opening all the time.
About me:
I work for a charity in the health sector (hopefully gaining karma points). At 32 my wild party days are behind me; I do still like to go out and have drinks at the weekend but my house party/wild days are gone. My week days are pretty chilled and then I am more social at the weekend.
I am an extroverted introvert and have found the balance between my own time to relax and going out/being social. I am an avid reader and love to binge the latest Netflix series or listen to a good crime podcast. I have a very wobbly arm so am easily convinced to try new things or be dragged out. I have always been lucky enough to end up being friends with my housemates, so I am looking for someone who wants to be more than just people who pass in the corridor.

The bedroom can come as furnished as you want. There is a massive built in wardrobe in the room.
There is permit parking on the main road
Brixton is 5mins on the bus, 15 min walk. We are also close to Clapham south (10mins), Clapham common (15mins) and Streatham Hill (10mins). The flat comes with all the necessities you will need (I love a kitchen gadget). Some bills are included in the price
