Spacious double room in friendly Brixton flat

We’re looking for a new Flatmate to renew our tenancy on a lovely 4 bed flat in Brixton Hill. The room will be available from the 9th September for a 12 month tenancy. Rent & bills for the room are approximately £1,055 a month.

Three of us have lived here for the last couple of years and are looking to stay on for another year with a new flatmate. There are two boys and one girl and we’re all young professionals, aged between 26 and 28.

We’re ideally looking for another girl to keep the balance in the flat. We’re looking for someone sociable around a similar age. We socialise fairly regularly as a flat but also each have groups of our own friends outside of the house. We often go to the gym together or out to meet friends on a weekend.

The flat is on a quiet road just off Brixton Hill and is around a 10 minute walk from Brixton station. The flat is in excellent condition and features an open plan kitchen and living room as well as an outside roof terrace and utility room.

The room itself is a good size and shares a bathroom with one other room in the flat. The flat is unfurnished however the current occupant of the room is looking to leave some of their bedroom furniture - details below:
