Very Spacious Double Room – Brixton Hill – 6 Month

I have a large double room available for 6 MONTHS for a responsible woman in a lovely house in Brixton, just off Brixton Hill. The room is available for a 6-month sublet starting October 1st, 2024 (possibly as early as September 21st, 2024), until 29th March 2025.

We are looking for a female tenant over 40 years old who is vegetarian or pescetarian. Smokers welcome, but only in the garden.

You will share the house with two friendly and easy-going European women who value peace and harmony. We are all clean and tidy and enjoy relaxing, sharing meals, and good conversation. It's a perfect place to unwind after work or on weekends when not out and about. It is not a party house.

The house is fully furnished and boasts a well-equipped kitchen-diner, a nice garden, a bathroom with a shower/bathtub and a toilet. The property is bright and airy thanks to recently installed new windows and doors. It is very comfortable 😊

Enjoy excellent transport links with easy access to the City. Brixton Hill offers multiple bus routes to the Thames River and South London (59, 159, 109, 133, 333, 250, 45, 118), while Kings Avenue provides connections to Central and South London (137, 417, 355). Several night bus options are available. Alternatively, you can walk to Brixton, Clapham Common, or Clapham North tube stations in 15-20 minutes.

Brixton's vibrant atmosphere offers a wealth of shops, cafes, restaurants, parks and green areas within walking distance.

I am renting the ‘master bedroom’ of a two-story 3 bedroom house. It comes with a Double King bed, sofa, wardrobe, a little desk with a chair and a chest of drawers.

A cleaner visits the house for three hours every fortnight and the cost is shared equally among tenants (£15 per person).

Rent is £950 per month inclusive of all bills (electricity, gas, water, council tax and internet). A two-week deposit of £440 is required.
