Brixton - Large Double Room

This is a great opportunity for the right lodger! One large double room available in a lovely house very close to the heart of Brixton. The double is on the first floor with a shared bathroom with one other. I am a live in landlord but will spend my time between my girlfriends apartment as well as travelling, which means the lodgers will at times have the house to themselves, therefore I am looking for lodgers that will look after my house and be respectful. I'm looking for clean, tidy, responsible, probably professional. Not too worried about age or gender etc! The 4 bed house is usually just occupied by myself, one female lodger and sometimes my girlfriend. We have a cleaner once per week included who will clean your room and change your bedding weekly included in the rent along with all bills. The open plan lounge downstairs is a beautiful space and I would highly recommend a viewing to appreciate it. About me; Partial to going out and socialising and equally chilling at home. I'd like to think I'm easy going and am looking for the same in terms of lodgers. I have two daughters aged 28 and 25 (not living with me but local). The room is fully furnished and has a desk and a TV. Additionally there is also a guest bedroom which is available for visitors. Happy to do a virtual viewing if you prefer.
