- The room has a king size bed with good sun light and good wardrobe space
- The rent is £770 pm with bills costing around £40 each month
- Sharing with 2 lgbtq+ male flatmates.
- The lease is long term, with my flatmates all agreeing to take the break clause- which is in March 2026. In agreement with the landlord they will draft a new contract and you will be added, replacing myself. My flatmates are more happy for you to sublet months within this time frame
- Lambeth council tax band. Reduced amount as one of tenants is a student
- They're looking for a chill flatmate who they have things in common with. They both work late hours so not in the flat much but would like a lovely person to share with!
