Hi,
Myself (Ed, 25) and Jack (25) are looking for someone to join our tenancy in Brixton from 9th October.
We’re both quite active and sporty, and are keen to keep the house very sociable.
The property is a three storey 4-bed and located on a quiet street 10 mins from Brixton station or 15 mins from Clapham North. There is a decent sized garden and two large bathrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors. There is plenty of parking outside the property (permit required).
Bills are not included but we have everything set up already. We pay approx. £120 / month each (blame the council tax), and a security deposit will be required. The room comes with a bed and wardrobe - anything else pictured belongs to the current tenant. We are quite relaxed and share everything in the lounge / kitchen on a communal basis.
We have a good relationship with the letting agency and they have been quick to respond to any issues we've had.
We are hoping any new people would be similar to ourselves in term of professional jobs, age, interests.
