We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our welcoming 4-bedroom LGBT+ friendly home in Brixton. The small single room will be available from mid September.
ABOUT THE FLAT:
Our charming Mansion Block flat has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The heart of the home is a bright open-plan kitchen and living area with south-facing windows—perfect for relaxing together or entertaining friends.
THE LOCATION:
Brixton Tube: 5 minutes away 🚇
Multiple bus routes: Easy access across London 🚌
THE ROOM:
A cosy, furnished single room that comes with its own bathroom. While the bathroom is technically shared (as its next door, its semi-en-suite), the other three housemates use the main bathroom, so this one is essentially yours. The room includes a single bed, chest of drawers, and a desk—ideal for someone wanting their own private space. Note: the dark wooden shelves (the tall one next to the bed and the small one on top of the chest of drawers) belong to the current flatmate and will be leaving with them.

A clean & tidy, open-minded, social person who will enjoy living in a relaxed and welcoming LGBT+ friendly home.
COSTS:
Deposit: £675
Rent: £675 pcm to the landlord
Rent is all-inclusive: council tax, water, electricity, high-speed fibre internet, and a fortnightly cleaner. We also have James, our robot vacuum, keeping things tidy daily. We have a split-wise where we share other expenses such as toilet paper and cleaning supplies.
