Large double room in sociable Brixton house

Hi!

We're a house of 4 (currently 2 guys/2 girls aged 25-28, English, Irish and Australian) and are looking for someone to take over the largest room when one of us moves out. The room is massive and the house is really nice with 3 bathrooms, a big kitchen, living space and garden. Just over 5 mins walk to the brixton tube for the Victoria line and Lidl / Tesco / Sainsbury’s all 5ish mins walk away.

All bills are included in the £1150 and this includes shared house items for cleaning and cooking etc

We are a really tight knit house that likes going out together and are looking for someone sociable that is up for doing things with us, for example we went to Barcelona and Dublin together and have done a few day / camping festivals this Summer. We have parties every now and then also and the neighbours are very chill. We all have our own friend groups and hobbies that we do in our own time too!

Most of us are in office jobs and do 2-3 days a week in the office so will still be around the house a fair bit.

We want to move quickly as we are trying to get this sorted before the next rent date on 15th October (move in date around then) so we will be doing viewings the evenings of Monday-Wednesday 30th-2nd.
