Flat:
Spacious 3 bed flat on the 5th floor in a safe and modern block of flats. Large and bright open plan living room with a separate kitchen (including washing machine and dishwasher). Nice balcony and access to roof terrace over looking Brixton and Central London.

The area:
The flat is located in a lovely part of Brixton Hill with great amenities, a few minutes walk away from Tesco and Sainsbury's, and a few great bars and pubs. There is a bus stop right outside of the flat, connecting you to Brixton (5 minutes) and Central London. Alternatively, Brixton station is a 15-20 minute walk from the flat. Clapham, Tooting and Wandsworth Commons are all within walking distance.

Current flatmate:
I am a 26 year old professional music producer working from home 4 days a week and in Kings Cross 1 day a week. I have lived here for 3 years with my two current flatmates, but they are now moving away to live with their partners.

I work from my home studio located at one end of the lounge between 10am-6pm (ish) during the week. I am very respectful towards other flatmates and never play music out loud in the morning or evenings. I occasionally need to work later in the evenings but I always wear headphones so not to cause any disturbance.

I am a friendly and sociable guy who enjoys being active, going to the gym, heading to the local pub (cheap pints!) and sometimes going out to the great clubs that Brixton offers! I love having a laugh with my flatmates and like to keep a friendly and relaxing living environment.

You:
I hope to find two people who have similar interests, and like to socialise as a flat, whether it's a night out or a night in watching a movie. I like to keep the flat clean and tidy where possible.
