My flatmate and I are sadly leaving our 3 bed garden flat in Brixton, and we need 2 people to join our friend Liv in a new tenancy!
About Liv
You’ll be living with me, Liv. I work in insurance - I’m easygoing and spend a lot of evenings out seeing friends/family etc. I enjoy a morning 5km before work or trying a new restaurant by evening.
I’m looking for someone who is lovely and easy going, and just a generally good egg. It’s a really lovely flat in a great location, and so I’m looking for clean and respectful flatmates as well. Very happy with girls or guys and I am of course LGBTQ+ friendly.
Please message if you fit the spec! We are looking for tenants for a year long contract, please don’t message if you are looking for something short term.
James and Pat are out before 20th October, but can be relatively flexible with this. You will also need references from your previous landlord.
About the Flat:
Our flat is the bottom floor of a newly converted Victorian terrace. The bedrooms are all on the ground floor and we have a beautiful open plan kitchen/living area, which leads into the garden. All the appliances (including a dishwasher and washing machine) are under 2 years old, as is the sofa.
Room 1:
This is the biggest room in the flat and faces the road at the front. It comes with a double bed, a bedside table, chest of draws and wardrobe. The room also gets loads of light and has lower-level privacy film fitted to the windows.
Room 2:
The second room is rear facing, towards the garden and gets the evening sun. This is a split level room, with a wardrobe at the bottom of a small set of carpeted stairs. with the bed, a small chest of draws and a bedside table.
Both rooms share a newly fitted bathroom, with a double shower/bath and toilet.
Bills:
Bills come to around £100 per month. (Inclusive of wifi, gas and electricity, water and council tax) Heating the flat is remarkably cheap because downstairs is below ground level.
