Two double rooms for immediate move in

We are looking for a third and fourth housemate to move in immediately / as soon as possible into our terraced house in Brixton hill/ Clapham North

The rooms:
- [ ] There is a double room available downstairs situated between the kitchen and lounge and a small double room upstairs.
- [ ] Despite the different sizes of the rooms, the rooms are both £700 each (landlords choice).
- [ ] The room upstairs doesn’t really have room for a desk so wouldn’t be suitable for someone who needs to work from home
- [ ] Both rooms are furnished with bed, mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers

Bills:
- [ ] Bills are around £130 a month

The rest of the house:
The house itself is pretty spacious with a seperate lounge & big kitchen, a small garden, two toilets and one bathroom with 1x shower/bath but it is quite tired and needs some TLC which the landlord isn’t too fussed about investing in …so this is reflected in the price of the rooms

Housemates:
To tell you about us.. we both LOVE a wine. I (Ellie) work in market research, wfh most days with the occasional office day. Love to travel, bit of a coffee addict, enjoy running and can be a bit of a gym bunny (on a good week!).
Ruby is an intense care nurse and therefore works irregular shift patterns (including nights and weekends) so any new housemates would need to be mindful of this. We are tidy, respectful and easy going people and class each other as friends.

What we are looking for:
- People easy going and independent
- Clean and tidy
- We both have busy social lives and are always in and out the house but would like housemates we can call friends and have the occasional takeaway /wine/ binge watch a tv show with but also be clean and respectful.
- We’re keen to live with people 25 -32 and continue the sociable vibe we have in the flat.
- We are open to guys and girls
- Minimum 6 month stay
- Has to be working full time/ no students

The location:
The house is roughly a 15 minute walk from Clapham North tube and a 20 minute walk from Brixton tube or nearby access to the 35/37 bus. The location is great for the price and the area feels very safe. There’s a gym an 8 mins walk away which I go to and a Lidl and big Tesco nearby
