Room Available

Small flat in Brixton with room available.

I have been living her for almost 4 years now and have a good sized double room available to rent.

The location is good good connections to the Victoria Line at Brixton.

I work from home a few days a week and in the office the rest of the time. I'm generally busy with friends or at events on weekends and tend to go to the gym in the evenings. When I'm not there, I do enjoy watching sports or tv to relax,

Generally pretty clean, but can be a bit untidy at times. Nothing too outrageous though. Happy to split the cost of a cleaner if you need it tidier though.
