Fully enclosed private garden with picnic benches (gardener also included in monthly rent).
Really well connected. It’s a 10 minute walk to Brixton tube or 5 minutes by bus. 10 min walk to Brockwell Park and to Herne Hill.
The deposit is £1027. As it is 5 weeks rent for the entire house contract spilt 5 ways. DPS bond will be in your name along with the current housemates.
