Relisted this as had to do some decorating. Large, light and secure furnished double room on the 4th floor of a flat near Brixton (15 min walk, 5 mins on the bus to the tube, 20 mins to Herne Hill). Great transport links. Very quiet - sharing with me, the owner/occupier. I am away some weeks and weekends. This will suit a professional who wants easy commuting to Zone 1/2. Shared lounge with use of a desk. All bills included (gas, electric, council tax, fast broadband).

Non smoker preferred. No couples or pets please.

Unfortunately there is no disabled access, it's a staircase up to the 4th level. Swipe card entry system.
