Cosy double room to let in Brixton

Leaving behind my cosy little room in Brixton to move abroad so looking for someone to fill my spot!

The flat is situated in Brixton, close to Brockwell Park with a 10 walk to the tube station. A big Sainsburys, Cafés, Bars and other amenities are located right on the doorstep. Lovely Herne Hill and its weekly Sunday market (try the doughnuts!) is also close by.

The flat is full of light, with a living room and balcony. The room itself is relatively small but has a double bed, built-in wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. Under bed storage is also available.

We’re currently 3 young professionals, who enjoy going out from time to time but are not the house party types. While we enjoy catching up amongst each other, we lead pretty independent lives. We’re hoping to find a new flatmate who has similar views of living together.

You’ll be living with Ioana, an IT consultant, who usually works from home 3 days/week and Xenia is a content producer working for a Comms agency, who also works from home a few days each week.
