Bright, airy room in friendly flat with balcony :)

I'm moving out of my bright, airy room in our lovely 2-bed flat at the beginning of October and would love to find someone to fill it. It will come furnished with a bed, bedside tables and chest of drawers.

It's a completely new build - we're the first people to live here, and there are only 8 flats in the building so there's a really nice community feel.

There's a balcony looking out onto the garden which you'll have access to, plus a bike store and lift. It's a 7 minute walk to Brixton tube station, about 15 minutes to Clapham North and 20 to Clapham Common.

You'll be living with Ollie, who's 29 and works in healthcare consulting. Ideally the person who replaces me will be clean and tidy, friendly, and equally loves a meal/drinks out as well as a night in.
