Join our friendly house share in Brixton!

Looking for a flatmate to shares an LGBT+ friendly, furnished flat with 2 mid-30s professionals in Brixton Hill.

We both work full time, with one of us in the creative industry and the other in education. The flat has 3 bedrooms, 1 shared bathroom (with a separated toilet), and a spacious living room and kitchen. It is located in a convenient area with easy access to public transportation and amenities, about 15 minutes each to Clapham North, Clapham Common and a bit less to Brixton tube stations. Your room comes fully furnished with a bed, small wardrobe, and chest of drawers. We have a private courtyard with a small garden as well as a balcony - great for chilling in the summer.

The flat is rather small and rooms are pretty close to each other, so ideally looking for a flatmate that shares the same times and lifestyle, as we like to avoid noise at night. We're looking for a responsible and respectful flatmate who is easy-going and values other people’s space and has no problem with a LGBTQ friendly house and friends. We’re both pretty social, we sometimes have friends over for a meal and enjoy watching a movie or share some food when at home, but it’s not a party house and we respect each other’s resting time and privacy. We also keep the communal areas tidy for all to enjoy so we’d like the new person to be self aware about collaborating with keeping the house tidy.

Pets are unfortunately not allowed, and it’s a smoke free house, but we have a balcony and a terrace that guests sometimes use for it.

Bills are around £150 at the moment including council tax, internet and electrics/gas/water. We have some streaming services and a PS4.
