King Sized Double + Ensuite In Tulse Hill/Brixton

Hello! we’re a house of 3 looking for a lovely couple (or single) to join us in our gorgeous Brixton/Tulse Hill house from 22nd of September for a year lease as our current couple is leaving us. We’re a friendly and sociable house, so are really keen to have someone who’s up for the odd movie night or pub trip. We’re currently 3 girls in our mid-late twenties looking for a couple/single around the same age.

We have lived in the house for a year now and have been super happy here. It’s a freshly renovated terrace house with 4 bedrooms (the couple room is on the top floor) and 3 bathrooms. There’s a big separate living room and kitchen, a private front garden and a large shared back garden. The house is a 2 minute walk from Tulse Hill Thameslink station with a direct train to the city, Farringdon and King’s Cross. We’re also a 10 minute bus from Brixton for the tube, and a 5 minute walk from the gorgeous Brockwell park for all your running/sunbathing/festival needs.

The room is a good sized king room, with its own bathroom. There is the option to take the room unfurnished or buy the furniture off the current couple. It has two skylights so gets lovely sun during the day. One of the of the skylights opens up to a Juliet balcony, perfect for a morning cup of tea or 5pm G&T. There is space for a desk in the bedroom and a small desk outside the room on the top floor so ideal for people that need to work from home sometimes.

The rent is 1260 pcm plus bills (around 60 per person each month), with a £1000 deposit. You’re welcome to move in from the 22nd of September, with the first instalment of rent due on the 22nd. We’ll be hosting viewings w/c 9th of September.
