Hey, my flatmates bought a flat so I'm looking for someone to take her place from the end of Sept.

A bit more about me:

I'm Millie, 26. I'm very chilled and easy to get on with. Love a pub trip and night out out but equally happy chilling in with a glass of wine and a film. I work in Green Park and tend to go into the office 4 days a week. I've lived in London for a year now

More about the flat:

The bedroom is unfurnished - however the sofa is the landlord's so that's staying in the room. There's plenty of room for furniture though!! The room has an amazing fireplace and gets so much light. It has direct access to the garden too.

Its a 15 minutes walk from Brixton Station and 10 minutes walk from Herne Hill Station. Its on a quiet residential street, just a few mins walk to Brockwell Park

Rent is £1000 with bills on top and the contract runs until October next year
