We are looking for someone to rent the third bedroom in our flat, Mon - Fri. Must be a professional.
Bills included: Gas / Electricity / Broadband / Council Tax

First floor, split level flat -
Spacious blue bedroom, big window., double wardrobe.
Bedroom is on the first level next to the kitchen - no bedrooms next to each other. So privacy guaranteed.
Room is fully furnished but pieces can be removed as required.
Pictures have things included (e.. g suitcases, books etc) to show space and will be removed.

Shared spaces:
Small compact kitchen - fully functional. Gas hob & oven, small dishwasher. Fridge freezer.
Large living room including dining table - bay window, painted dark green. Great for dining and a chat. We are a plant parent household, so lots of plants in the living room.
Good size bathroom with shower & washing machine.

We are 2 professionals, i spend a good chunk of time most months traveling, while the Allan works form home at the moment. In the evenings we tend to cook and watch TV - love a good drama or Race Around The World.

Location:
Victorian terrace, shared front door with downstairs neighbour. Flat is 5 mins from Brockwell park, coffee shops, Sainsburys, bars, great restaurants.
10-15 mins walk to Brixton tube station - Victoria Line
15 mins through the park to Herne Hill overground station - straight into City of London - City Thameslink, St Pauls, Farringdon, Holborn, BlackFriars etc..
