The room is light and airy, on the first floor of a three storey period house. There is plenty of storage and it’s ideal for WFH.
The house has two bathrooms/shower rooms, a large living room, kitchen/dining room, a utility room (new washing machine & separate dryer), fast broadband internet, Virgin Media TV package w/ sports. Bills will be £130- £150 per month. This includes a weekly cleaner.
There is also a large garden with picnic benches (gardener also included in monthly rent).
We’re really well connected with Brixton station a 10/15 minute walk away or a 5 minute bus ride. It’s also a 10 min walk to Brockwell Park and to Herne Hill.
The deposit is £1027 as it is 5 weeks rent for the entire house contract spilt 5 ways. DPS bond will be in your name along with the current housemates.
