Brixton, well known for its many and wide-ranging small restaurants and bars, Pop Brixton and the Ritzy cinema, is a 10-15 minute walk away. Herne Hill with its Sunday Farmers Market, bakeries, restaurants and shops is a short walk across the park.

Supermarkets and a gym at bottom of road. Also many buses into and across town go from the bottom of the road. We are superbly well-connected to public transport.

Perfectly situated for access to a plethora of buses, Brixton tube (Victoria line) and mainline rail (Brixton, Herne Hill and Tulse Hill). We also are in a low traffic neighbourhood which is ideal for safe cycling and accessing many bike routes across town.

The house has two bathrooms and a shared spacious, modern kitchen / diner, washing machine and dishwasher.

Sharing with owner occupier who is looking for considerate, employed, tidy, warm and dog-friendly housemates. No full-time wfh and non-smokers only please.

This rental is plus bills with one month’s rent required as deposit. Double room for single use only. One months bills approx £200 paid in advance includes super-fast broadband and fortnightly cleaner.
