Large double room with full length wardrobe and desk. Flat has modern kitchen, generous dining and kitchen area. Location is close to Brixton and Clapham Common tubes with frequent 5-10 min buses to both.

I am moving out at the expiry of the current contract on 27th October to move in with my partner. The current flatmates are looking for someone to replace me and sign a renewal of the contract for ~1 year.

The house is friendly and professional but we broadly have our own routines and social schedules. Open to any type of potential flatmate who thinks they would fit.
